Edit

1. Go to Internet Properties (inetcpl.cpl) > Advanced tab > under Security area
2. Uncheck TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 then click Apply then OK
3. Enable it again by checking TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 then click Apply then OK
