Garmix Express will not launch When clicking the application, nothing will happen - Solved

This behavior is often caused by a corrupt user.config file. Please follow these instructions:
1.Press the Windows key + R
2.Type %localappdata%
3.Delete the folder Garmin_Ltd._or_its_subsid
