2. Uninstall all Flash Player, Shockwave Player
3. Remove file in % TEMP% folder
Reinstall shockwave and Flash player
Reboot PC

Windows+Rshortcut and enter the following command (watch out for upper- and lower case!):rundll32 inetcpl.cpl ResetIEtoDefaults - Click OK, then Reset.
- Uninstall all Flash Player, Shockwave Player
